I have experienced so much profound healing in nature.  I am excited to have you join me on my next healing retreat. It is my honor to host you for a nourishing 3 nights, 4 days in the magical healing lands of Sedona, AZ. We will gather together in sacred space, creating a community of like-minded women for deep healing exploration, relaxation, and adventures. Disconnect from the stress of daily life. I create the space for you to reconnect with yourself.

⪢We will share magical moments in nature including, scenic hikes, a cold plunge in Oak Creek, practice daily yoga, meditation and sacred circles of sharing and connection.
